Cancellation & Refunds

Our goal is your 100% satisfaction. As a digital services provider under MSME guidelines, we maintain the following transparent refund policy.

Please Note: Most of our services (Student Projects, Source Code, and SaaS) are digital products. Once the source code or project credentials have been delivered, they are non-returnable by nature.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Service not delivered within agreed timeline.
  • Major technical bugs that we fail to resolve.
  • Accidental duplicate payments.
  • Cancellation before project kickoff.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the project/source code has been shared.
  • Failure of the student to defend the project (we provide guidance, but defense is individual performance).
  • Third-party costs like Domain Registration or Cloud Hosting fees already paid to providers.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days and will be credited back to the original payment source (Bank Account/UPI/Card) in accordance with Indian banking standards.
