Please read these terms carefully before using RaySynn Technology services.

These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with RaySynn Technology. By accessing our website or hiring our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. As an Udyam-registered MSME, we operate under the laws of India.

Payments & MSME Protection

All payments are due as per the milestones defined in your specific project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • MSME Payment Rule: In accordance with the MSME Development Act, 2006, payments must be cleared within 45 days of service delivery.
  • Delayed payments may attract interest as per the statutory rates defined under the MSME Act.
  • All taxes (GST, if applicable) will be charged over and above the quoted price.

Intellectual Property

The software, designs, and content created by RaySynn Technology remain our property until full payment is received. Upon final settlement, the usage rights or ownership (as specified in the contract) are transferred to the client.

Limitation of Liability

RaySynn Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in our primary place of business (registration address).
